I would like to learn how to do blackwork also. Amazon do some nice books for newbies.

I Do the odd bit of knitting,Ravelry is great for free patterns. A site like this for cross stitch would be great!

lol! my 3 cats do the same thing. they also like to walk on the phone to cut me off, but they only save that trick for the important calls!

Hi all!Nice to meet you. I am a single mum of 4 children. My mum taught me how to cross stitch when i was 13. i am now 29 but have only really took it up as a hobbie a few months ago. before that i just stitched her left over free kits from her mags. :-) i have just started home is where the cat is ...
