No, they are not seasons. Just four girls.

The fabric is antique almond by zweigart. I had to change a few colors in the design so they didn't blend in, but am very happy with the results. I plan to do all four of the girls.

This is a fun stitch. (even if there is no frog)

How long did it take you to get this far?

I started december 26, 2008. However I have worked on several other projects here and there for breaks. Can only do so much over one stitching at a time.

The design is Mary Margaret by Carriage House Samplings. There are four girls all together, but this one is my favorite.

For once, a project for myself that has no frog or dragon:

Eventually I will frame it. Probably will put it in a colorful frame. I'm about to do Halloween rules too, so will probably frame at same time.

I did this for a friend just diagnosed with cancer. It is going on a quilt several of us are putting together.

Lovely work. I did this one before I knew what over one was, and got the pleasure if doing the man over one but on Aida fabric....not too easy

The designs are a tear out from a magazine (quick and easy cross stitch). I found them when checking out ebay uk. Couldn't resist. This chorus is on the same fabric as my frog band, and I have several more musical type frogs that I'm planning to add.

I have worked on other pieces over the past two years as well, and have actually had a number of finishes. I did take a bit of a break, and just recently started working on this one again. Though it is time consuming, the piece is so beautiful that it's worth it.
