Very nice start!
What fabric are you using?
I've been MIA lately because work has been insane, but I am hoping to get started on this one as soon as I finish my other van gogh (skull with cigarette). Hopefully in about 2 months. I'll join the SAL too then!

Re: HAED Sale! And... Tent or full stitch?
I'm out of town for work this week, and I forgot to bring my camera with me, but the 22 count came in before I left. Doing 2 over 1 right now, I'll try to get a pic up this weekend when I get home!

I go page by page, but as I get close to the edges, I keep going onto the next page with the color I'm on.

Is the stitchy store really five hours away, or did you just dream it that way?

Re: HAED Sale! And... Tent or full stitch?
Were you doing full crosses or tent stitch? I'm curious as to how the 22 count covers because I want to do Compadres on a larger count. I'm planning to hang it about my tv in the living room and need it to be a little larger than normal. I haven't decided if I want to use 22 or 18 count.

Two other things i forgot!

Re: Reading
I'm a 'real book' person, I just love books!
Having said that, I've never tried or even seen a kindle, so maybe would LOVE it, if I actually did.
I like the thought of it weighing nothing and fit easily in your bag etc, but I just wonder if I'd get the same pleasure as I do from a book.

Re: HAED Sale! And... Tent or full stitch?
I'm stitching wrath too and did mine on 18ct, full crosses, 3 x 1. I am a little oddball for using 3 strands but love the coverage. Of course, I haven't worked on Wrath in forever and ever but if you search in the stitch a long section, you might be able to find my thread that has the pics in it ...

Re: How long do you stitch per day?
I try to get in 1 hour a day m-f (but it usually ends up happening only 2 or 3 nights because I end up working late). Saturdays, usually about 4 hours, and Sundays are great - usually 8 hours because I stitch while bf and I watch football all day. Of course, football is dwindling, so I hope I still ...

I have to agree with the crowd here - Skitzzzz does a great job! I'm getting the materials together for starry night with tardis right now, and the way she sets everything up makes it really easy ... I can't wait to start it!

Re: Some UFOs
How appropriate - you get to go down Memory Lane and stitch Memory Lane at the same time!
Good luck with the projects - they are all lovely!

Re: HAED Sale! And... Tent or full stitch?
Well, I did end up doing full crosses - I wasn't happy with the coverage on the tent stitch. So, I'm doing 2 over 1 full crosses on 25 count. The coverage is amazing, and I haven't had any trouble so far getting the floss through.

Hi Dave - You might want to check out some of the stitch software - there is a sticky thread in "tips and tricks" - almost all of them do free trials so that you can get a feel for what will work best for you. I have PC Stitch, I absolutely love it. Especially if you are planning to do more than one ...
