no its not my snake but i do have a baby that im hoping will turn out like this one.

got alittle more done, missing some colors need to go out and buy them tomorrow. but you can see a few scales

I don't know how many greens I will be using still need to buy alot more... as of now im working with 16 different greens.

yes i do have a photo, and i think its going to be very challenging too.

Doing a 12x18 project of a Green Tree Pythons head, it has 119 colors and its 22ct....i think this is going to take me a long time to get this done. I started a little yesterday. sorry for the crappy pic i used my phone.

I have a few photos i like to make a pattern from i used KG-chart but just read that the color could be off. i don't want to buy a software just yet and wanted to know if there was a service or anyone that can make a pattern for me? thanks for any help.

i dont really care much for the back i just saw on my old projects they was really lumpy and thought with a nicer back the front will look better too.

Im just starting cross stitch again after over 10 year break and i was looking at my old projects and there back is really :roll: dont even want to say lol, how do you keep it so neat? can someone post a few pics of how you do it. sorry im more of a visual person.

And how do you not put a knot in ...

i have 15 snakes and 2 lizards, they are a real joy to keep.(some people may not think so lol)
