I have always stitched in hand, I hate the bother of hoops and snap frames. After 45 years, I have become quite good at keeping the tension constant. Thank you everyone for your help. The area stitched is not fully done. Some small holes and not able to find the place on the chart. Maybe that is why the project was abandoned?
