cross stitch scroll frame

i am working on a pattern that is rather large. the fabric is 14 count aida and is 30 x 36. the pattern will come to within about 4 inches all the way around and i am looking for a frame to place it in while i stitch, but no one seems to have a frame large enough for my project. i have thought of making my own scroll frame large enough, but i'm not sure how i would go about doing this as i can't find a design or suggestion on how to make one. any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you look on the website for Sew n so I think you will find one there, they go up to width of 36 inches I think, it's worth a look, good luck

Some large frames are labled up as tapestry frames but they are fine for cross stitch.
