Finished a little silk-on-handdyed-fabric project yesterday, and managed to turn it into a card upside down today
Did a few stitches on another silk-on-handdyed project just now, until DH reminded me of FIL's birthday this Saturday and did I have a special card for him? Erm, no... so I'm now looking for a quick chart of either a glider plane (FIL's hobby for years) or a WWII plane (as he flew them during the war).

I am hoping to get some done today just can't decide what to do. I am putting the baby samplers down as 1 is too difficult and need my mums help (hoping she will take it off me to do herself am a little scared of those beads) and the other is nearly finished with four months to go. Think I might pick up the sepia kittens again to do. Am also making a list of my UFO's so I can try and organize them into some kind of finish order before starting new projects. I have a HAED chart, a Mystic Stitch chart and a Celtic Rose chart all screaming at me to be stitched.

Had a very rough week at work this past week-people issues. So, I was kinda tired this weekend, and then my mum wanted to go into town yesterday, and OH wanted me to buy a new chainsaw (lol, yes I really knew what I was doin)-the list goes on, and OH hinted off during the week that he was hoping I would bake, so did that too. BUT......I am going to have nice bath, a good cuppa and settle down to some tonight. I've started a new one with a lady and lots of butterflies, just as a detour from my welcome sign-its gettin a little bit tedious. I would post but I always cant get the picture in the post, so when I get that sorted I'll post it!

Well after I finished cleaning my unit (my brother has now moved in) on Saturday morning I sat down to stitch that last pesky snowman *watches out for whatever Rose intends to throw at me* that was calling out to be finished. Stitched from Saturday afternoon, through all day Sunday and did about an hour and half this morning to get it finished, and once I have finished on here, I intend to go home and attack more of my HAED. I am currently working my way through a large section of white (11 rows that continue the whole way across the design - all 185 stitches of it!).

If there's rugby on the TV, there's stitching to be done! Perfect excuse: so finished second elephant for charity cards and worked on the latest piece of the Ink Circles design. Very successful weekend.

I stitched about half a day on Saturday and then most of the day Sunday. DH and I were taking turns making meals and taking care of laundry. I was able to get caught up with the English Sampler (SAL to be posted today) and then pulled out the fractal bookmark I started a while ago and had to put aside to do Christmas stitching. Today, I'll probably do a little stitching after giving daughter her bath & I take a shower. I just need to take a hour or two to study the rubric for scoring tests tonight.
