I think you'll find the the person who originated the design hasn't been posting for a while, but you might be lucky.

Back in the day, we weren't so clued up as to copyright issues. Otherwise I probably would have asked if she had permission to use the crest. In any case, I'd certainly ask that question now. There are a lot of Spurs designs out there, and a simple google for tottenham hotspur cross stitch should bring up something suitable.
