Wandatoo's Bear Family - Framed October 5

Post by Wandatoo »

I hesitate to call this a SAL, because it's so close to completion. BUT I am ashamed to say it has been like that far too long. Let's just say I started it for a friend's newly born granddaughter, who is now almost 3!

I got it pretty far along and then got frustrated at all the confetti . . . So I figured if I post it here, I'll have to finish it!

First, what it will look like:

And here's how far I am:

Just started the back stitch and will fill in those confetti stitches as I come across them.

sooo very nealry done

as for your photo there are 2 options...

copy and paste the direct link and put either side, or press the Img button at the top of the reply box and paste the direct link in the middle

or
a very long complicated second option

its because the IMG one is set to a thumbnail, if you click the small photo the larger one will appear

Oh you are sooooo close to being done! Darn backstitch! But it's gonna look so great when you do finish! :D

Your story reminds me of my mom..she started a cross stitch for my nephew before he was born and well he's 2 and half now and she is still not done. So it happens to a lot of us..but I think it doesn't matter when you finish just as long as you enjoy the process!
