Lisa b's stitch a long!!

Post by lisa-b79 »

I keep admiring everyones WIP's so I really should start one of my own. I've just started a little un's chart that was in WOXS of baby Newton and Rory chilling in their sunglasses. This is going to be for Rhys and Evie as it reminds me of them. I love this chart so I'm glad to finally have gotten round to start it!

Such a very cute pattern and who cares how fast you stitch the fun is in the stitch of the pattern not in the speed. :applesauce:

great start!!

my mom and I ,when I lived at home, used to sit in 2 recliners and stitch at night. I'd get TONS done and she'd get..well..hardly any.
she was always frustrated at her 'slow pace'
but she realized that fast or slow..if you enjoy it..that's what matters!

Great progress! :applesauce: I think the speed is also determined by what you're stitching. DH and I have both been stitching the last couple of nights. I've been working on Castles, so it takes me longer with the color changes and specialty stitches. He's been working on a horse project for our son and is in an area where there's not many colors so he gets more done than I do. Just enjoy the stitching! That's the most important thing! :D
