I have just found a paper holder I bought long ago for my computer desk for holding my translation texts - but I never used it because I like to scribble on my translation all the time. It is very good for holding my chart, though :D

was pluckin my brain to figure out how I could rig something that would attach to this to hold my chart..other than taping it on the side arm..

any ideas?

I saw some clip on chart holders somewhere yesterday, but I can't remember where. I know I looked at joanns.com and herrschners.com (among other places). Maybe you could get one of those, clip it on the arm and then move the gooseneck to a good position for you.

Funny enough - I was looking at arm chair chart holder yesterday from eyebright -I think it would save me a lot of juggling.. Using a large frame at the mo and I keep losing my chart/pen/place every time I need to mark off what I've done! :)

They also do an armchair workbox which is also seriously trying to tempt me!

I have both the chart holder and the work box and I couldn't live without them. I use 1 on each arm of my recliner ;) best place to stitch!

I don't have a chair with enough arm for the arm chair holder to be useful :) Hubby likes more 'modern' furniture and so most is very minimal...

I've got a wicker rocking chair that I stitch in but the arms are very narrow.

I can't wait for the day that I can get a recliner.......
