Rachel's WIP: Little Alice Blossom (HAED)

Hi everyone.

I thought I would post my progress on my HAED (one of two HAEDs I have going). I only started her about 2 weeks ago and dont have much time to stitch. As I am always struggling with finding lots of time, I thought I would try half cross stitch to try to speed the process up a bit.

This is her when finished:

I think she'll look really freaky for a while until I have more of her face complete. She looks quite scary right now, I think this is the bottom of her eye. I started somewhat in the middle round her nose and worked up to the eye. I cant wait to get more done on her.

She's stitched on 25 count fabric and I'm stitching with 2 strands.

Lovely design. I was puzzling where you had started with those colours till I figured out it had to be the eye. It's lovely to see the faces taking shape in these - I find it gives a project real personality.

Unfortunately, Alice has had to take a back seat, as I started Envy the other day and really want to make her my focus piece, not sure if I have it in me to stitch more than one HAED at a time!
