Right, here's the major project I'm currently working on. Started this in June.
This is the painting by Waterhouse which the pattern is based on:
And this is what I've done so far...
Current projects on the go:
Soul of the Rose (main, HUGE project - 18/06/2010 ---)
Wizard (been on hold for a couple of years!)
FINISHED:
Damask Rose needle-case (25th-31st Oct 2010)

Thank you!
There's loads of metallic threads in this one, which I'm not used to, so they're proving to be a challenge, but it's still fun.
I have made a few errors (I'm a couple of columns out on one side) but that no longer daunts me like it used to. There was a time when I'd have given up the project as a bad job if I went wrong like that - now I've learnt to treat the pattern as a guide instead of hard and fast rules. I've also learnt the importance of gridding..... heh!

Thanks, everyone!
Willow - I've lost the front of the packaging that tells you exactly, but it's about 10 and 1/2 inches wide and I reckon about 22-24 inches high.

Are the beads in her hair backstitched in metallic? They seems to really shine in the picture
I think you've done an amazing job on this piece

Thanks, everyone!
Faith - the beads in her hair, along with parts of her dress, are cross-stitched using a combination of metallic and normal thread. The photo doesn't show it, but a lot of the brown areas in her dress (though not all!) have metallic threads running through them.
