Kat's stitching

Post by Lilywhite »

Here is my current project. I bought the kit last year and made a start at the beginning of April. Unfortunately my mojo let me down big time at the end of May and my poor project was thoroughly neglected.

I picked it back up last week and am determined to keep up with the progress.

Here I am at page 1 of 6 complete: (please forgive the hoop marks!)

Do you have a pic of what it will look like when complete?

Oh good for you! I need to pick up my poor neglected projects as well. I can almost feel them glaring at me whenever I pass the shelf!

So can we have a peek at the finished design you're aiming for?

Here's what I'm aiming for. I have a second one in white to pair with it but the going so far has been slow on this one.

She is very pretty isn't she. The photo doesn't really do justice to how many colours are used through the wings. (Something I didn't realise until I'd actually received the chart)

It's definitely the most advanced piece I've ever worked on but I'm loving it at the same time.
