You guys are really making me want to try fabric other than aida with all these pictures the stitching seem to really pop on other fabrics.

A finish!! Finally done my Blackwork Stitchalong. I am very glad this project is done; I did not enjoy it very much. I will try blackwork again, but not anytime soon.

The pattern ended up being modified a lot more than I'd anticipated. but I think it's not too bad. Not sure if I'll frame it right away, I think I might just put it away until I stop being annoyed with it.
