Can anyone please give me directions to Slinky´s house so that I can break in for her new wonderful threads. They are so beautiful.

I haven't found a UK distributor online. Evidentally there is one because I bought my first couple of threads from a stitching show here, but I can't recall who they were. I went online, found the company's site (they're only a little company), emailed them directly & they sent me a Paypal invoice & mailed them out to me. (btw, what's "need" got to do with it   )

Yes they are. They also do perle, ribbon, felt & ric-rac, all in their variegations. The ric-rac looks fabulous. As does the felt ....

Have found an Australian stockist here with colour chart & prices.
I think AUS$6.60=£4.15=US$6.60=€4.88. So, as I say, not the cheapest ... but oh so wonderful.
(The biscornu & stitching bits in my gallery were done using their Damask Rose if you want to see how it stitches up.)

Just received some beautiful threads from karen4bells!

The #4 metallic, is that a thread I would use 1 full strand or does it separate like cotton floss? And I absolutely LOVE the color!!

I was ordering a bell pull hanger from sewandso for the hanging I'm doing for my mum. And of course it seemed a shame to only get one thing, so decided to try Tentakulum Painter's Threads. I got 4 of the stranded cottons,
(L to R) Van Gogh - Renoir - Kandinsky -Gauguin
