I haven't been paying attention to NHL (only do towards the end if the Blackhawks are in. More prone towards baseball, but that's a lost cause for a Cubs fan. And following the Bulls but that is only because of Chicago being my home town) You can tell by the teams I root for I spend a lot of time needing virtual

So I thought I would be sneaky... I had to figure out 5 habits in my life I could do without, and replace them with 5 healthier habits.. I chose to eat more fruits/veggies instead of ... I don't really eat too many sweets, so I figured it wouldn't be too hard... Except now that it's off the table I really really want some I would like to put in a request for chocolate every day for the next 5 weeks please

Today I am requesting a rather large or perhaps something a little stronger. I just hate, hate, HATE my dead end job. If there were anything else I would be gone.. but the market being as it is, switching to a new company is just too risky (but another morning like today and I just may take that risk.. grrr)
It all stems from my boss not knowing my job, thus screwing it up. He doesn't remember or follow the policys and procedures he creates.. then wonders why this, that, and the other thing happened the way they did. Ahh well.. because HE didn't do HIS job properly which means I cannot do MY job properly. How do you tell your boss he is the reason things don't happen the way he wants them to? (oh and I work for a small company, ~15 employees, no real HR department and my boss is one of the owners.. there is really no one to complain to)

while at work and then maybe some real at home. We are a good and safe place to complain. Need to get it off your chest. It can be so frustrating when your boss (and I remember back when it was my boss' boss who used to make us crazy because he would ask my boss for things that were impossible which meant my boss would first complain and then tell us to do something impossible) is unreasonable and the cause at the same time.
