Have you looked at Scarlet Quince? They seem to have a lot the same pcs as Golden Kite but the price seems better. I have a Georges Seurat Quince on my "my birthday is coming up and my hubby better have gotten the hint" list.

I wanted to let you guys know that GK has patterns only for sale so the price that was 509 is for the entire kit. I haven't gone to the GK site but I imagine that the price for the pattern only is around 78-90 us dollars. Also if you just get the kit you can used whatever fabric you want and thus you aren't stuck using the 18 count that they send. I have also heard that the kits are wonderfully packaged. Just my 2cents worth of opinion.
