Me too. I read the forum, watch TV, chat with my students and friends and work on the computer at the same time, while stitching.

"The world, as a colourful knot of threads, has turned into a memory, and now you cannot be sure whether it was real." (Géza Ottlik, Hungarian writer)
I haven't mastered stitching and using the computer yet I have been known to try and read a book and stitch. Had to stop when I tried to highlight words in the book istead of the chart.
I impressed a bloke once by stitching watching a film and have a conversation with him at the same time!
I can not work at the computer and stitch. I can watch TV just not Football or Hockey. I get to distracted by the plays. I can stitch and talk with friends, listen to books or music on tape. Playwith the dogs and cats but I just can not work on the computer and stitch at the same time.
If you are looking for some one to help change you, look in the mirror
I have never tried to stitch at the comp and think i would find it hard to do so as i have had to learn the keyboard so that i can type without looking at it cos of my neck and i have to watch the monitor. I also use a seat stand and dont think it would be very comfy on this comp chair. Will have to give it ago i think.
I don't stitch at the computer, totally different seat required for me. I have contemplated a lap top that I can perch on the arm of my stitching chair though
