WIP Tracker?

I'm sorry if this has previously been asked but I am going crazy looking for a WIP tracker for my blog. I've seen them on a number of blogs, but have yet to find one. I like the idea of having a place to track my progress, if for no other reason than to control my own sanity!

Does anyone know where I can find this widget?
