That is what rotations are for. Before I discovered that I would lose my stitchy bug for months sometimes, because it was such a chore to pick a piece up. Now I can go to a different project and feel re-energized. And you have some other great pieces to work on.

Here is my latest update....finally finished another 2 pages worth of columns. On to my last 2 pages of columns. I could not focus on this very well....waaaay tooo much confetti - I know it does not look like alot - but the confetti in the time marker area is.....ugh. Not sure I am looking forward to all the white coming up tho'. Seeing Kimkat working on hers keeps me motivated - it's nice seeing someone else making really good progress.

awesome. I can imagine how much confetti you have to get through to make those amazing shadows. It is so real, the first time I thought they were shadows.

This looks amazing and I'm really enjoying your updates. Confetti can be very deceiving - it takes an awful lot of subtle colour differences to make something look realistic, but it's well worth it in the end. Great work!

Everytime I see how much wonderful progress you guys have made on yours makes me want to take mine out and put it back in my rotation. Unfortunately I had to put this one aside so I'd have time to work on my zodiac projects. By the time I pull it out again you'll be done at the rate you're going. Great job!

I finally have the first 'row' of pages complete. That upper right corner (that you can barely see) - is 3865 (a shade of white) - and I did over 2700 stitches in 2 days to knock it out. I'm glad I stuck with it - I have problems with blocks of color that large....especially white. I should be through the next 2 pages at a good pace - as most of one of the pages was completed last year (when I was working on the 'swirl' of black.
