I thought I would post a picture of the project I just recently finished. It's one that I first saw being stitched on here earlier this year, Lizzie Kate's The ABCs of Aging Artfully.
I made this for my friend who's getting married this month. Cutting it a little close with the framing I know, but as I'm doing it myself I should be ok!

Yes Fizzbw, it was you who I first saw stitching it! I just couldn't remember and didn't want to go making wild guesses . Yours turned out so nicely I knew I had to give it a go too!

Well my friend's wedding was last weekend and I had a lovely time! The ceremony was really beautiful and the reception was lots of fun- just about all I could ask for . I did just manage to get her present framed in time so I wanted to show the picture of it here:
It was my first attempt at lacing a picture and I think it turned out quite nicely! She and her husband went off on their honeymoon before opening presents, but I'm sure I'll hear about what they thought once they return
