I have not had very much stitching time of late. First the wedding just popped up out of nowhere. Well not really but it felt that way in the last couple weeks. Then I looked at the calender and realized I needed to really get on the scrapbooking that I am going to give the kids for Christmas and then yesterday I was given a new distraction.

I did finish Winter so that is good.

Brilliant! You have given me me so many ideas to keep thinking outside of the box. As we've aged, holiday gift giving has gone the way of perishables or passing on of keepsakes. I usually pass on fine jewelry that I no longer wear, but how cute would it be to attach it to a sweet ornament as well! Am I the only one in the stitching universe who always thought you needed a greeting card with a cut-out to display a finished piece? Well, duh. I actually like your cards so much better. I better start an idea journal just for this site. I'm so glad I landed here.

This is just a couple posts away from 50 pages so I am going to go ahead and lock this and start a new thread.
