Hello....a few years back I stitched christmas stockings for my immediate family, but the other day my son in law asked when he was going to get his "special stocking"!
Since then I've been going thru patterns trying to find something that might work for him. I found one from Cross Stitch and Country Crafts magazine July/August 1990 but I don't have the color guide (the guide that tells you what color DMC to use with what symbol)...make sense?
If anyone here has that ancient magazine, I am hoping to chat with you and work something out.

Glad you were able to find the color guide. I hope that when you stitch it, you will post pictures for us to look at and admire.

LOL, actually, I'm still trying to "put together" a suitable pattern for him. You know how it is....one things works, the other doesn't, so you have to find something that will.....it's all a cut & paste!
