What kinds of projects do you like to stitch?

When I first started stitching, I only did Dimensions kits. But now I pick patterns based on what would make great gifts for my friends and family since I mainly stitch for enjoyment. Sadly, I haven't finished anything since last June (a baby sampler for my nephew).

So far, I've got a Mirabilia that I haven't touched in months, a cross stitch stocking for my nephew, a felt stocking for my niece, two cross stitch pillows featuring video game characters for my other nephews, and two Dimensions kits underway.

I'm a pretty busy girl, so finding time to stitch everything is super frustrating

I'll post pictures as soon as I get back from my vacation next week.

Welcome from the West of Scotland!

Real life often gets in the way of our stitchy priorities.

But all those projects will be available and waiting when you get to them. The main thing is not to obsess over them -- stitching ought to be creative and therapeutic, not a drag (apart from miles of back stitch, of course).
