Hey everyone! My name is Chris and I'm from CNY. I've returning to a favorite hobby of mine after about 10 years of separation. I've been stitching since I was about 10 years old when my Mom taught my GS troop how. My troop of four still stitch by the way after 30 years.
Hope to be able to visit the forum often but I am a busy Mom of three and wife of an Englishman. LOL
Hi Chris and welcome to the forum from South Carolina! And welcome back to cross stitching! What types of projects do you like to stitch?

Hello and welcome from a very springlike Yorkshire.
2022 is yet another year of the UFO!!
Great Wall of China,
Peacocks and Pheasants,
Birds of a feather,
Hardanger Table runner,
TW Peacock Tapestry,
Milennium Sampler,
Yes, they are all STILL in progress!
CNY = Central New York so I'm between Rochester and Syracuse.
To those in the UK, I actually married a Brit from Kent and lived there for nearly four years outside of Tunbridge Wells. I really enjoyed my time there but once the kids arrived we moved to the States for family support.
I have really enjoyed picking up the hobby again. My biggest struggle is getting started. I don't have a real "spot" to get my projects out to sit and sew. I'm working on it though and as the family gets accustomed to seeing me stitch again it will likely work itself out.
Looking forward to getting to know you all.
Christina
