My husband and I have decided to wait until after the holidays to tell everyone just so we can get through the holidays without probing questions.

But I'm pregnant!!!!

and the doctor has me scheduled for an ultrasound in three weeks (Dec 11) to find out a due date. So I have no clue how far along and no clue when most likely July....

So did my ultrasound, baby looked healthy. From what the doc said.....

found out my due date of July 21st......not gonna lie for purely selfish reasons I hope the baby is born 5 days earlier...... because it would put the baby in a different week then my SIL and my nephew and a different week then mine.....more importantly mine, but knowing my luck it will want to hang out an extra 8 days and share a birthday with me.

I still haven't told anyone because I have lost little ones s far as 16 weeks before, I was going to wait until my next appointment to hear a strong heartbeat to go for it.

my husband, on the other hand, is going crazy with the news to the point I've been making his Facebook post private so he doesn't notice. He's like a four year old with a secret

I hope all goes well. It is terribly hard when you loose a baby.

A colleague lost three in a row before the NHS discovered the reason. He & his wife were different blood groups and her immune system attacked the placenta. Once the cause was known, it was possible to deal with. But it didn't prevent desperate heartache in the mean time.

The news sounds good so far - we'll all be wishing you a happy outcome.

How wonderful for you and your DH to see your little baby on a scan and also to hear that all is well. I hope that you are feeling well too.

I had my son on my 22nd birthday! We always have a big gathering for the occasion and actually, it is rather nice.
