Need help with pattern

I am making a stocking. The pattern is called “Mouse to Mouse” I think the company is True Colors Cross Stitch and the designer is Darren Hatton.

The pattern is old. I’ve had it at least 15 years. And the fold in the picture has resulted in damage to a bit of the pattern. I was hoping someone might have the pattern and could tell me the stitches on the one line I cannot read.

I have tried google. There is an athlete with the same name as the designer. And I think the company is gone.

That is very frustrating. I don't have that pattern, but my first thought was.....is the picture of the finished design clear enough that you can figure out what those colors should be?

Oddly, as I'm not one to stitch stockings, I have this one in my stash. Probably a result of inheriting from various family who no longer stitch If you tell me which area is damaged I can try to get you the info.

Assuming the same symbols:
*= 3021
3= 318
Y= 3072

/\ used for half stitches which I assume are colour of solid stitch beside them.

The mouse in the green top is the one causing trouble. Just below his mouth is a row. The ? are what are unclear.
