Love all this stitching -- each very different, even if the theme is the same. You've been so thoughtful about the recipients, and I'm sure they'll be treasured for a very long time. :snowman:

I agree completely. And no tips for how to say no.

You have been so busy, Maureen! The recipients are very lucky, your gifts are stitched beautifully. I do not know how you can backstitch so neatly, especially on the little bears ( I have stitched some of these and the backstitch drives me mad)
I cannot pick a favourite are they are all so different and I love them all. The expression on Mary, Joseph and baby is perfect too.
That is a lot of work! Well done :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce:

Thank you for all your lovely replies.

Poppy - the backstitch drove me bonkers on the bears, non of it meets up and I think it's hard to see the bears arms, but it is what it is.

Remember the Penguin I stitched? well the ribbon I ordered finally arrived so here he is all done

and in situ on the lounge door on the hall side, the light isn't great there, but in real life he looks ok.

I'm a bit miffed the Command Hook shows but it didn't work to cover it with ribbon.

In all I'm chuffed with him.

Of all Christmas designs I have seen this year, this penguin is the most Christmassy if this is the right word for what I mean.

The ribbon is the icing on the cake! I do love that blue and it complement the design perfectly. :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce:

Greetings Garnet ~ I'm just catching up with posts since I found my way back to the forum after losing my "favorites". Your Christmas stitching is lovely! (No such thing as TWITETM in my world … especially when it comes to gifting CCS items).

I don't know if it's any help to you, but I love to make CCS greeting cards, yet they do take a bit of time. Sometimes I stretch my stitching out over a couple of years, so that every other year I would send CCS cards. I'll attach a picture of some I made one year with a tiny, quick design but used to embellish a small card.

The use of those fabric squares is inspired! Do you stamp the greeting?
