Poppett's Horse Racing update

Here is a little updated version of my Horse Racing project (yes I'm still doing it :roll: ) This was taken this weekend, the little bit in the bottom corner is finished now and I'm finally working on the last 1/3 of it. Should be finished in time for Christams....can't wait.

Thanks everyone, your kind words gives me the encouragement to keep picking it up! There as been many times when I have wished I never started it! Because I am working so close with it I get downheartened when it doesn't look very clear to me. However, my darling husband assures me it looks great and when I see the pictures on here it does look better. I can't wait to get it finished and framed. I'd say another 3 weeks of constant evening stitching should do it. :dance:

FINALLY at long last after approx 8 months I have finished this project about half an hour ago. I will post a photo tomorrow but right now I'm on a high and drinking to my achievement. :D
I got to the very last stitch and passed it to hubby (seeing as it is for his dad and step-mum) for him to add his little contribution!
I am SOOOOOOO very chuffed with myself!

There you go, at long last I have uploaded from my camera. I'm dead proud of my finished project. It is now washed and ready to go to the framers.
