Well, despite still havnig 11 Crazy January projects AND my Quaker Alphabet Sampler t owork on, I couldn't help myself and last night I started working on another new project (uh-oh - can you say "Serial Starter"?). Fotunately, it's a small design and I almost finished it last night too. I'm actually stitching it on 10-count aida (in a lovely soft pink) as I'm going to make it into a cushion. I've never made a proper, full-sized cushion before and it'll be my first time using a sewing maching since I was a tschool, but I figured it should be quite a simple project to start with...

Anyway, I think I'll let Xan sit on my knee to help me finish the border today at some point. I'm worknig the next three nights, so I won't get any evening stitching time till Thursday!

That's true! No details of the style of design either. Kell must be learning from Frank.

Well, I finished the last few stitches tonight when I got home from work. Now all I have to do is make up the cushion. Till then, here's what it looks like:

It's a freebie from Penelopis which you can find HERE.

I've never made a full-size cushion before, so I hope it turns out OK in the end!
