I'm finished and just in time!!! I just have to sew up the bottom by hand in the morning before I go to work and then I can wrap it up! Thankfully, I noticed just in time that I forgot to stitch my initials and date into it....AGAIN! I've done that with the last 3 projects I've done! I'm thinking of putting in the snow in the bottom right corner of the longest frame with the lightest blue, any other ideas??

I think I'm going to ask for quilting classes for my birthday, I'm WAYYYY too afraid of my sewing machine! That and despite my precise cutting and trying to ensure a perfect 1/4in seam I can't get things to line up at all! Luckily all turned out well, the only noticeable thing wrong /I can see is the bottom of the image waves a bit.....no matter how much I tried to stretch and iron it /I couldn't get it to straighten out. Overall, I'm very pleased with it, and he better be to!!

Michelle, You have done a fantastic job and will be so loved by your bf. He is definitely going to wonder how you were able to stitch such a lovely piece and him not having a clue that you were doing this. I love it and can't imagine that it won't be the best present he receives! (As long as you don't let Rose get too close to it. Good thing you are on opposite coasts )
