I got two bobbin boxes, some kreinik thread pieces and a hardanger step by step pattern with some tapestry bits for my Mum off CC. THANK YOU!!

I also got a few embroidery cottons, supposedly DMC off ebay, meant to be left over from a craft project .... not DMC after all, but only paid £2, so can't complain really. Had just hoped to add the bits onto my bobbins.
 Guess I'll keep them for cards.

Not the post person. But I had to go to Michael'e for some 820 thread. Well I had some time and there was a display stand with clearance item. There was fish one shade of green yarn. I need green for a blanket that I am doing for my son's girlfriend and this color will be so perfect.

2 new charts from the same person I got the Japanese koi chart from.

The 2 new ones are a black and white dragon yin and yang (loads of black to stitch, a bit of dark grey and not a lot else - but Simon liked it so I thought I'd get it) and the other is a large red and white goldfish.

Two packs variegated threads 6 skeins in each; one called retrochic comprising a light and a medium blue variegated, a red v, a yellows pale v, a greens pale v, and a rainbow; the other is called Cafe Latte - browns v, oranges v, very pale orange/yellow v, pale/medium green v, very pale fawnish v, and very pale pinky/lavender/yellow/greenish v. Each pack contains patterns for a variety of stitchcrafts. Can't wait to play with them. Haven't used variegated thread since I was a kid and we could get red/white/blue knitting wool!
Also a small kit from the Sale items - Grecian Vase (or maybe Greek Urn - doesn't actually say on the kit itself, which is Lanart, on very stiff brown Jobelan, by the look of it). It's 15 x 20 cm (about 6" x 8") This is destined to be a christmas pressie for my ex-son-in-law; it will look very nice in his conservatory. That's my opinion, anyway!
