Thanks again everyone, it's really fun stitching this one up. Dana, yes, she is out of one of the UK magazines, its Cross Stitch Collection issue 206, issue 208 has a gorgeous Lavender Fairy in it

And you may still be able to get issue 206 at Barnes & Nobel. I got mine there about 2 weeks ago. Which means in about a month and a half I'll have to look for #208. :D

Very nice, Karen! She's looking amazing!

The first nine of them at least, still many left to do, and of course, they will look more ladybird-like when the detailing is done! Well spotted :D

This is so lovely.

I've been looking out for this issue of Cross Stitch Collection for weeks. It still hasn't come to my part of the world yet. The U.S. already has it. The last time, I looked, Canada was on the same continent. You would think we were on a different planet and it has to come via CosmicPost or something!
I would love to know why the British magazines take so long to get over here.

She now has a face and hair!! Well at least the outline of her hair--it's comprised of two shades of brown and I have stitched up the darker of the two. Here is the top part of what has been stitched now--I just didn't want to move it off of the qsnap yet
