I think you should be able to get the bs etc done in time. and if your LNS knows that it is a present, maybe they can frame it a bit more speedily. Don't worry, there will be more updates! I've been slow on them lately since Big One is off school for the summer. Hard to get picks when she's here all the time. My in laws took the girls to story time at the library this morning so I took the opportunity to post a pic (last 2 times they took the girls out my internet connection wasn't working).

It's coming along so nicely! Rooting for you to finish it soon. I got this pattern not too long ago from Squirrel and I am looking forward to stitching it up once I finish Grace. I don't want to have too many large projects on the go, and I don't want two big ones by the same designer on the go at the same time.

Well, I've resigned myself to the fact that this will not be framed before Big One's birthday on the 30th. I do still hope to have everything finished though. I've done very little stitching over the past 3 weeks and it's put me behind. The good news is that I now have an extra 1-2 hours a day to work on it. Big One started Kindergarten last week, so now I can work on it during the day while Little One naps. So, here she is:

There's not too much left, but what's left is little fiddly things (all the dandelion fluffs, the ladybug spots, etc). Hopefully it'll go quickly.

She absolutely loves school! So much so that she was ready to go on Saturday.
