What a beautiful piece, you did an amazing job!
I did download the free pattern and thought that I would stitch it up and frame it and donate to one of the cancer support centers in my area.

the frame is just right for it and it looks really beautiful. Love the quilted hanging behind it too. Did you do it?

Thank you. Yes, I made that quilt entirely by hand from the piecing to the quilting. That's the only way I care to make them. But now, I'm totally hooked on cross stitch!

I did this cross stitch when I had cancer. It made me fight against it. All the words are true and make a vast bit of difference to your way of thinking. I had never done beadwork before but I promise it is very easy. I like putting beads on things you don't have to.
I hope you enjoy doing this. I sent one to strathcarron hospice where my mother died in 1991. One to the macmillan health centre I attended and one to the local cancer shop. I just wanted to thank people and help people when they read it.
All the best to you attempting to do it which I'm sure you will finish with ease.
