The BEST thing about winning a bingo is knowing I get to host one! It really is loads of fun. The second best thing (and it's a close second) is, of course, getting a great prize. I'm a fairly recent HAED convert, so it will be fun to pick something out.

I am helping with hosting OryCon this weekend (sci-fi convention in Oregon, USA) so I will likely not post sign-ups for the next bingo until Sunday night at the earliest. However, I CAN tell you that it will continue in the same theme of the prize being a gift certificate from HAED or other online pattern site of the winner's choice (since I know not everyone is keen on HAED patterns).

WOW Tiodia, congrats to you! That's just super!

I *just* got home from tonight's part of the convention... it was loads of fun. Our local sci-fi group put on Opening Ceremonies, and we did a muppet theme (I played Beaker... and it's a good thing, too) with lots of corny (and I mean CORNY) sci-fi jokes. It was truly awful (in a good way). Tomorrow is more festivities and a party in the wee hours.

I will be sure to post what I get at HAED, but it may be a while before I do. I'm very choosy. I promise to post though. I will post a new bingo theme soon!
