Thankyou all. I loved doing it. I am kind of liking the center square and may do that bit and put it on a shopping bag.(probably have to make one in a dark colour to set off the piece.)

Love it!!! Hope CanadaPost gets to you soon. And love the idea of using the central motif.. what colour bag would you use? It would be striking on a dark colour, would that be with waste canvas or just find a stitchable bag? (curious because of my recent disastrous experience with waste canvas)

I don't like using waste canvas. It would be aida, then apply it to a bag. Either black or purple. I have a walker and hang a bag on there to hold my shopping bags and a small purse instead of carrying a handbag. I have been thinking of making one as I need something with a zippered area to put my purse in for safety and to find it easily.
