This is going to be absolutely stunning when finished! I bought 3 quick stitch HAED charts a couple of weeks ago. Once I've tackled them I want to start on a large one and I've had my eye on Peridot. I love the birth stone fairies, great choice! You're doing so well with this, you deserve a round of.....

Thanks once again ladies for your words of encouragement. I have spent most of this morning stitching away and now I'm back in the swing of things it's coming on nicely. I have had to send hubby to the shed for the wood glue though as my frame as collapsed again. My dog (german shepherd) went nuts one day and knocked it flying, loosening one of the legs from the foot bit. It has never been 100% since and with lots of moving around it has weakened it again. I picked it up earlier and the whole thing came apart! As soon as the glue has set I'll be back at my frame.....until then I'm mooching on here to see what's new.

Good luck with your glue/frame/mad dog situation!! .... and are you sure you didn't glue a fake garnet to your work to make it look soooo good?!!

Evening everyone. I haven't been on for a while to update this as my stitching mojo keeps coming and going. However, over the past few weeks it has returned and I have cracked on while it remains with me. This is my progress so far.

Glad to see this one again! Very pretty! I'm in the same boat with having my urges to stitch come and go. I work for a day or two on something and then don't feel like stitching anymore
