That's really poor Lisa - they obviously didn't post them when they said the y would. You should get back to them now and ask what has happened.

The postman was rather kind to me yesterday :) He brought me my cow off Linda and a country companions book and threads off Es I'm a happy bunny at the moment.

Thankyou both :D I love the book and the cow is currently sitting on the fireplace getting loads of attention of the girls as he's just so cute :D

A lovely blue varigated blue italian spun silk from Mabel

The tranquil waters chart

http://www.stitchdirect.com/shopWebSite ... lu=157008K" target="_blank" target="_blank

the only problem is the chart is on 2 sides with an overlap of a few rows they tell you to overlap and line up but because they are back to back I can't see how you can line them up without photocopying 1 side :? but it is a lovely pic

Yippee!!!!! Yes, the World of Cross Stitch from that most wonderful stitching person DAWN. You naughty girl, fancy apologising for the delay when I could not join in the SAL if it were not for you generously giving you time to buy the mag and then queueing at the post office. I really am very grateful to you, not only can I join in the SAL but I also get to read a cross stitch mag that I do not have to translate.

Will PM you about the threads.

Thank you once again.

Rosemary

I'm glad you can read a mag that you don't have to translate if theres ever one that you want just let me know and I'll see what I can do and I promise I won't take aslong to get it to you this time :)

I got my fabric for my HAED the other day (it's big enough that I'm going to have lots of extra fabric). I also got a Victorian looking Teddy Bear pattern that I'll stitch for my new niece. I can't remember the name of the chart.
