Our Post Office is closed today and I don't think the postmen are braving the snow -- and I'm waiting for my bobbins :-( !!!!

I loved the comment of one Mum on the news who'd had to arrange emergency childcare because the school was closed; she said "I am Danish. This isn't snow!"

today i got my cork board my atc from jess :wub: A cross stitch calender and stuffing from dawn my threads and beads from sew and so. I also got some cards and a bobbin box full of embellishments and threads(she claimed they were silk there not) from ebay

the cow i sent to raven yesterday!!!! silly postman clearly missed the big blue "by air mail" and the TO Raven, and sent it back to me :x am going to go down there monday (he arrived AFTER the ppost office shut) and complain and im NOT paying postage again, it clearly cannot gone to america and back within a day (I posted it about 3pm yesterday)

Today in the post i got a letter from Adams 6th form college.....informing me of his progress Hes sitting at A's for A level computing (double award) and a level computing (single award) and chemistry.....thats my boy :applesauce:

I got a lovely bead necklace with matching bracelet and earrings from my niece! I was so surprised! Those are the best kind of things to arrive in the mail, ones you don't expect.

Yesterday I received the Willow Fabric cotton grab bag that I ordered a few days back, and I am quite pleased with it. Nice colours, different count evenweaves.
