Thanks, Boudicca! Mum brought me "Extra Puur" (very dark) chocolate sprinkles on her last visit, so I'll have a double helping of that too :-)

I need something to reduce love-sickness... since my boyfriend was here and left I feel so sad all the time, missing him terribly. :( Perhaps a glass of Swedish aquavit would help (never tried it).

Well, you can only have the one shot! (goes to the freezer, pulls out aquavit and glass, pours Agi a stiff measure).

Something low fat and high energy please. Just because I can jog forever on the wii fit does not mean that I can do it in real life...must remember this. I was doing really well on my wii fit, so I though "Oh, I know! I'll go for a jog the long way around to the shops, it's about the same distance as the hard level of jogging on the wii fit and I can do that no problem" IDIOT IDIOT IDIOT! Road surfaces are very uneven and I don't have a pace dog to keep me from over exerting myself! You see, I'm a sprinter not a jogger. I've always run full tilt or not at all, and I've never learned to pace myself properly for jogging >_< So now I've pretty much run full speed all the way to the shop and back and my lungs are really hurting >_< Chalk another one up for the dangers of the wii fit :P

Well, you know I'm not laughing at you! But you are such a determined spirit, I can easily see that your attitude is "why jog when running does the job better!". Watch this: gives @rotfl: a new focus: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXXm696UbKY" target="_blank

@rotfl: Oh that's wonderful! How sweet is that baby!
hehe it's very true! If I'm not in a hurry I'll dawdle, my jogging is barely fater than my fast walk and if I'm in a hurry then I'll run! I want to learn to job because it's more of a work out than walking fast, more cardio for me, but I've never really seen the point of it except for excecise, and then I just wind up running anyway, which is silly because I can't run very far at all.

That's a beautiful pie :applesauce: ! And you're right, they're so much nicer when they're home-made.

Can I have some hot whiskey, please? Or mulled wine? I got a nasty cold or virus - or I would rather say it got me. :( I will be over in my bed at the Ward, can you please bring it there for me? Thanks.
  (not really crying just my eyes are watering from the nose-blowing) :D
