Another update on Snow Queen---she's still in the qsnaps but I just wanted to show you all how she is coming along now.



Just a little more stitching, the ribbons mainly, then it will be time to do the backstitching, metallic threads and beading

Linnea, backstitching can be overwhelming, but I usually just do it in small amounts--the beading is what sometimes can get to me. The main thing is that it's all worth the extra time it takes and the reward is watching all of the detailing make the project come to life. I usually only will work on detailing for 45 mins or so at a time---and sometimes will just pick up another project to work on to give my mind and eyes a break
