he's not delivered it yet, but my electronic postman (aka Hotmail) has told me today that my recently ordered book - "Unexpected Cross Stitch" has been dispatched today so should have it in time for the weekend. Excited!!

Some expected and one very unexpected goodie -- a replacement spool of silk sent from America on 19th December

! The 40ct linen for my Quaker gameboard and two silk/wool mixes, Impressions by Caron (which feels sooooo soft!) and Sheep's Silk by Thread Gatherer:

I got a lovely post today, a wonderful parcel from Dawn!!! A mixture of metallics, varigated and a keyring!!!!

4 lieces of 18 count aida, as I want to do one of my kits on 18ct rather than 16ct which was provided, so I thought while I was ordering from sew & so I might as well get 3 extra pieces
I only ordered them yesterday afternoon such good service

I got my "Starry Night" pattern I won off of Ebay today!!! This will be the first pattern I've done more than 2 pages. It has 15 pages, I desperately need to get stockings and the princesses done so I can do my the two dragons I have the one I am going to get and this one. If only I could spend all day every day cross stitching.
