The #4 metallic, is that a thread I would use 1 full strand or does it separate like cotton floss? And I absolutely LOVE the color!!
Hi Vega
I think you can use it either way--I've used it by separating it like the cotton thread and have even used it blended with cottons before--I'd definitely recommend using thread heaven when you use it

Two native American charts. I'm so happy, I loved watching Sarah stitch them, now I can too.

My mailman said he loves having me celebrate Christmas year-round
I just received a wonderful package from Tiffstitch!! Lovely threads and a Cross Stitcher magazine with pins. Thank you so much Tiffany, this was really generous.
I'll try to post pics of my wonderful new stash this week.

(I still have to upload the items I received last week!)

I got my copies of WOXS and a penpal letter from Australia. My penpal also included a lovely photograph of a mother and baby koala because I totally love the sweeties! I think they're actually my favourite animal at the moment ^_^
And yes...I get two copies of WOXs because I thought my subscription had run out, so I ordered a new one in Chris' name as that's where all the money is anyway and...it hadn't actually run out, so I get two. Anyone want one? >_<

My replacement beads from Stitching Bits & Bobs, and part of my order from Tandem Cottage with the promise that she'd asked her supplier especially to send her the Caron Snow thread as quickly as possible! (I was a bit surprised, though, that some perfectly ordinary balls of #8 perle were on back order)

My WOXS came too and I really, really want to stitch the Country Companions Hedgehog in this month's issue. How I'll find time though, I've no idea

Thanks for the tip! I didn't want to separate the strands and end up ruining the floss. Though it looks thick enough to work well on its own.

Got some pics of my new stash!
This is some stash I ordered weeks ago from 123stitch:
Thread Heaven, a white gridding pencil, and blue gridding marker, pearl cotton floss, silk floss, blending filaments, and needles
Stash from Karen4bells:
a number of charts, overdyed floss, hand dyed floss, metallic floss, and a pocket calendar (that I'm using to track my cross stitch starts/finishes)
And stash from Tiffstitch:
Cross stitcher mag with pins (which will come in very handy setting up my fabric for the HAED) Varigated floss, and satin threads in Christmas colors!
And the 2 charts I'm already pulling from the mag: the flowers and buck head:
