I quite agree...this one is so addictive! So much detail.

Here is my progress to date. I am so glad to be done with all the yellow in the lower left corner. Ugh. I was also happy to finish all the black. Another ugh. But I do love him.

Sunday morning my son and d-i-l had to say goodbye to their oldest dog, and stitching this dragling helped keep my mind occupied, at least for a few minutes at a time.

Having finished all that yellow and black (are you feeling all aglow with virtue ?) you can now enjoy more interesting parts!

I'm sorry to hear about yur son and DIL's dog, it's so difficult having to say goodbye to an old furry friend

You are really motoring on with this, and it's looking great. Just sorry some of the energy came from a sad place.

Well done! That is a great achievement! I do find that stitching does take the mind off sad events and I'm sorry to learn of a furry friend's passing.

I'm sorry to read about your son's furry friend crossing the rainbow bridge, they certainly do leave paw prints on your heart, I hope stitching this beauty can continue to help.

I agree. I'm really glad I was staying with them because I was able to say goodbye to her and give her lots of pets and kisses. Still crying daily, but she gave us so many warm and silly memories. This is our sweet Sierra.

It certainly is oh so hard to have to make the last decision for our beloved pets and my heart goes out to you Debby and your son and DIL. How lovely you were able to say "I love you and goodbye"

What a blessing our stitching is at times like this and you have certainly made good progress with design.

His given name (by the artist, Randal Spangler) is Dagmar. I think it's perfect so I'm sticking with it.

Oh, Debby (hug) Sierra was so beautiful and you can see in her eyes that she was lovely too. I am very sorry to read this.

Dagmar is certainly coming on. All the colours are wonderful. Fun project too

She certainly was one beautiful girl! You all must miss her dreadfully, but I'm certain that you will all have some lovely memories of her life with you.
