Another page completed. Only 2 more to go now!
I can't wait to finish this so I can start Wrath.

Yes I don't use frames or hoops. All my work I hold in my hand.

Do you find that faster? My sis-in-law uses this method and I'm sure she stitches more quickly than I do with a hoop / frame. She scoops in & out of the fabric in one movement for each stitch. Do you do that too?

Yes it is much quicker. You don't have to go up, then down. You can just scoop in and out like you said in one go and save loads of time. I can't get on with frames or hoops.

that seems so difficult! i'm so used to having the fabric drum tight that having it loose in my hand seems so foreign. obviously there is nothing wrong with your tension by this masterpiece!

I can't believe how quickly you're doing this! I have a couple of UFO Mystic Stitches so I know what their charts are like, I've since learnt that finishing a page fully one at a time is the best way, as you obviously do to!

Wow. I've missed some of this. The detail on her dress is stunning. And I am in awe of you stitching without hoop or frame. I have tried but just can't do it unless it is a tiny design.
