Wow, this is gorgeous and you're getting on so fast with it! I know what you mean about not knowing how the stitches would come together to form the face and then suddenly there it is in incredible detail. Keep up the great work - looking forward to more updates!

Don't know how I missed this thread, What a great project you have chosen and the work you have done so far is great and you have done it so quickly.

Another two pages of background are complete! It's pretty cool to see the colors change as the the dark greys fade into the golden paisley wallpaper.



The next two pages are more background, but I am actually looking forward to them. They provide some decorative, paisley wallpaper that lets me use colors other than grey After that and a few stitches on page 9, the top row will be done!! Then I get to start on the face row
