Thanks everyone
I did attempt to frame it with a frame I had and it was a perfect fitm, but somehow I managed to crack the glass in the process so I will have to buy another frame.
But in the meantime heres my next project Teacher Row by Bent Creek
Ive stitched almost half of it and its stitching up very quickly, which is good because its going to be a Christmas Present for my MIL, whos a childminder and incredibly difficult to buy a gift for. Shes a very practical person so I thought this would be perfect in the playroom she has. Its small unlike most projects with an alphabet theme and it has a bus in. She drives a minibus and although the one she owns now is white, the very 1st Nanny Bus ,as my children call it, was red. So I have changed the yellow bus to a red one. Im also going to personalise it somehow. I will post a pic of my progress as soon as the batteries are charged on the camera

As promised, heres where I am with Teacher Row, its so lovely to stitch as you can see progress almost immediately after starting
Im using the dmc colours instead of the hand dyed ones they use.

This is really cute, and personalising it will make it special.
To go back to the frame with the cracked glass -- just don't use the glass. I usually frame my stitching with no glass.
