Isaiah 40:31 finished & framed 6/14

Yeap. Fabric is stitched on the sides and velcro is attached. It is now on one of my scroll frames. I also pulled out the threads and put them in their own box since I had them mixed in with others. I work for 2 more hours and the kids will be home in about an hour and a half so it won't be started until either tonight or tomorrow when kids are at school. Fingers crossed it goes faster this time!

Here's an update. There's still quite a bit to be done....I doubt I'll have it finished and framed by the party Sunday. (DS has his First Communion Saturday night and party with his cousin who had his a few weeks ago Sunday.) The funny thing is that DS thinks this is for his dad who loves eagles.

Definitely easier! When I first started it on the 22 count, I didn't realize how many quarter stitches there were in it. I'm at the point that I want to work on it all night, but I do have to sleep.

Good luck finishing, but I'm sure he'll be happy to receive it whenever you finish. It looks really good, I'm glad you're happier with the fabric.

I didn't realize how much of this I've done since updating the last time. I did not finish it in time for DS's First Communion, but I told him that day that it was for him (not DH like he thought). He is content to wait. Since I wasn't on the time crunch with this one any more, I turned my attention back to the model to finish it. Well, it's finished now, so it's back to this one. I'll try to put an updated picture up in the next day or two.
